Rice and mango balls with blackberry jam handmade Naturasol

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
  • 1 Mango
  • Naturasol® Artisan Blackberry Jam
  • Flour quantity needed
  • Oil quantity needed

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan place the can of evaporated milk, the can of condensed milk, the two tablespoons of vanilla and the two cinnamon sticks.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Turn off the heat and pour in the two cups of cooked rice.
  4. Stir well and let cool.
  5. Cut the mango into small squares.
  6. Take a portion of the rice pudding, take a portion of mango and wrap it with the rice.
  7. Cover the ball with flour.
  8. Fry until light brown in color.
  9. Remove the balls and place them on absorbent paper.
  10. Serve on top with blackberry jam to your liking.
  11. Enjoy.
