Rice and mango balls with blackberry jam handmade Naturasol
We bring you this incredible recipe so that you don’t get bored in your nights of rice meals.
Ingredients
- 1 Can of Evaporated Milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
- 1 Mango
- Naturasol® Artisan Blackberry Jam
- Flour quantity needed
- Oil quantity needed
Preparation
- In a saucepan place the can of evaporated milk, the can of condensed milk, the two tablespoons of vanilla and the two cinnamon sticks.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and pour in the two cups of cooked rice.
- Stir well and let cool.
- Cut the mango into small squares.
- Take a portion of the rice pudding, take a portion of mango and wrap it with the rice.
- Cover the ball with flour.
- Fry until light brown in color.
- Remove the balls and place them on absorbent paper.
- Serve on top with blackberry jam to your liking.
- Enjoy.
