Blackberry jam cheesecake handmade Naturasol

This rich cheesecake will make you love your afternoons off with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of butter at room temperature, for the base
  • 1 Can Condensed Milk for the base
  • 2 pieces egg yolk for the base
  • 3 1/2 Cups Wheat flour for the base
  • 4 Packets Cream cheese in pieces
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder for the base
  • 4 Pieces Egg
  • 1/2 cup Naturasol® handmade blackberry jam

Preparation

  1. Oven preheated to 180° C
  2. For the base, beat the butter until creamy, add the condensed milk and egg yolks, mix until completely blended. Add the flour previously sifted with the baking powder until a smooth dough is obtained. Turn out onto a previously floured table and knead lightly. Roll out with a rolling pin, cover a greased pie pan, trim the edges and set aside.
  3. Beat the cream cheese packets with the condensed milk and eggs. Pour over the pie base. Bake for 55 minutes, remove from oven, let cool, decorate with the jam.

Pannacotta with handmade strawberry jam Naturasol

Ingredients

  • 300 g of Pascual Pastry Cream
  • 1,440 g milk
  • 265 g sugar
  • 2 vanilla sticks
  • 29 g gelatin
  • The peel of a finely grated orange
  • 240 g of Naturasol Artisan Strawberry Jam

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream and milk.
  2. Open the vanilla pod in half and scrape the seeds into the mixture. Add the vanilla pod, sugar and orange zest to the milk.
  3. Bring the mixture to the boil. Remove it from the heat and leave it covered to infuse for 15 minutes.
  4. Reheat the milk mixture. Add the gelatin and dissolve it in it.
  5. Strain the mixture and pour it into the custard cups.
  6. Let it cool in the refrigerator so that it takes consistency.
  7. Unmold the panna cotta carefully so that it does not break and serve it with the strawberry jam.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Naturasol hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup of flour for hotcakes
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • Butter (enough for the preparation)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • Naturasol honey for garnish

Preparation

  1. The first thing we will do is put the hazelnut cream in a piping bag, if you don’t have one, you can use the traditional bag cut from one corner.
  2. We are going to put on a tray some portions of the cream in the shape of circles and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. To make the hot cake mix, we will mix flour, egg, milk and butter in a bowl until we have a single consistency.
  4. Over medium heat we are going to put a little butter in a frying pan. With the help of a ladle we are going to put a part of the mixture in the shape of a circle, add a cookie of the hazelnut cream and put on top a little more of the hot cakes mixture. Let it cook on both sides.
  5. Do this until you finish with all the mixture and the hazelnut.
  6. Serve and enjoy with a little honey and serve with a banana.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup Naturasol honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup jocoque
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)250 grams of strawberries, sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175° Celsius (350° F). Grease a 12-muffin pan or use paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. While continuing to beat, beat in the honey, eggs, cocoa and vanilla.
  3. Separately mix the flour, baking powder and salt, add to the previous batter and mix with a spatula just until it is integrated. Divide the mixture among the 12 muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once cool, arrange the cupcakes on a platter.
  5. Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks. If desired, sweeten with powdered sugar. Spoon the cream over the cupcakes and top with strawberry slices.

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan place the can of evaporated milk, the can of condensed milk, the two tablespoons of vanilla and the two cinnamon sticks.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Turn off the heat and pour in the two cups of cooked rice.
  4. Stir well and let cool.
  5. Cut the mango into small squares.
  6. Take a portion of the rice pudding, take a portion of mango and wrap it with the rice.
  7. Cover the ball with flour.
  8. Fry until light brown in color.
