Blackberry jam cheesecake handmade Naturasol
This rich cheesecake will make you love your afternoons off with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 150 grams of butter at room temperature, for the base
- 1 Can Condensed Milk for the base
- 2 pieces egg yolk for the base
- 3 1/2 Cups Wheat flour for the base
- 4 Packets Cream cheese in pieces
- 1 Teaspoon Baking powder for the base
- 4 Pieces Egg
- 1/2 cup Naturasol® handmade blackberry jam
Preparation
- Oven preheated to 180° C
- For the base, beat the butter until creamy, add the condensed milk and egg yolks, mix until completely blended. Add the flour previously sifted with the baking powder until a smooth dough is obtained. Turn out onto a previously floured table and knead lightly. Roll out with a rolling pin, cover a greased pie pan, trim the edges and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese packets with the condensed milk and eggs. Pour over the pie base. Bake for 55 minutes, remove from oven, let cool, decorate with the jam.
