Oatmeal and honey energy bars Naturasol
These amazing bars will give you lots of energy and you’ll enjoy an easy recipe for those everyday cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flaked oatmeal
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it down to make it compact..
- Refrigerate for at least one hour, or until firm.
- Cut into sticks and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
